Energy of Movement: A Vortex of Form and Light in Fendi Interior

The project author is Svetlana Antonovich, creative designer of Antonovych Design studio. The interior of the Fendi villa is transformed into a kinetic flow, where the living room and kitchen are united in a single visual and emotional vortex. The central element is a fireplace as an art object in the form of a vortex, soaring upwards in a cone, interacting with the ceiling chandelier, forming the dynamics, light, and emotional rhythm of the space.

Author and Concept
Svetlana Antonovich created a space where movement becomes an architectural and emotional language. At the center of the composition is a fireplace as a sculptural vortex, rising upwards, forming a flow of energy. The ceiling chandelier with spherical elements seems to pick up the lines of the fireplace cone, creating a visual and emotional fusion that guides the eye throughout the interior.

Flow of Space and Zoning
The living room and kitchen are united in a single flow without partitions. The soft furniture, dining group, and kitchen areas are arranged so that the eye glides from one element to another, following a natural trajectory of movement. Fendi carpets and furniture form graphic lines and accents, while the high ceiling and panoramic windows enhance the vertical scale, making the space ‘breathe’.

Tactile Energy and Color
Marble countertops, velvet sofas and armchairs, brass details, and wooden surfaces create a rich texture. Mirrored and glossy surfaces reflect the light and fire of the fireplace, doubling the visual movement. The color palette — ochre, terracotta, beige — guides the eye and enhances the sensation of a vortex, creating a continuous flow of energy.

Furniture as an Extension of Movement
The Blow Up sofa, Groove & Groovy armchairs with ottomans, coffee and side tables, Sumo coffee table, bar stools, and Fendi carpets — all elements are arranged so that the eye glides over them, repeating the curved lines of the fireplace vortex. The Blurred console adds a graphic reference point and enhances the composition’s dynamism. Textiles with Fendi logos are organically integrated, emphasizing the brand as a natural force setting the rhythm of the interior.

Fireplace as an Art Object: A Visual Vortex
The fireplace is a conical vortex, soaring upwards, where fire and the curves of the walls form movement. The ceiling chandelier with spherical elements repeats the lines of the fireplace. From a certain angle, they seem to merge: the fire rises, the lines of the fireplace and the chandelier intertwine, creating a sensation of a continuous vortex. This effect captures the eye and draws it into the space, making the interior lively and dynamic.

Pendant lights above the kitchen island Miles (Lasvit) and above the Abysse console (Larose Guyon) create light accents, supporting the flow and enhancing the sensation of movement, but the vortex fireplace and chandelier invariably hold the center of the composition.

Light as Flow and Form
Light flows with the form of the fireplace and the lines of the chandelier. Mirrored and glossy surfaces reflect the fire and elements of the chandelier, creating an illusion of movement that encompasses the entire space. Within the interior, a sense of living energy is created: light and form work as a single flow, shaping the emotional rhythm and visual drama.

Details as an Extension of the Vortex
Every detail, from draperies to metal inserts, is integrated into the flow. Fendi’s sculptural quality is evident in the furniture, accessories, and architectural elements, enhancing the vortex effect. The fireplace, chandelier, furniture, and textiles form a unified visual language of movement, guiding the eye and creating a complete immersion in the space.

The Fendi villa project is a kinetic space where form, light, and movement unite in a single flow of energy. The fireplace as an art object in the form of a vortex and the ceiling chandelier create the effect of merging fire, form, and light, shaping the emotional and conceptual rhythm of the interior. The entire interior feels alive, fluid, and bold, where every element participates in a visual vortex, engaging and captivating the viewer.
