We are looking for an experienced and passionate 3D Visualization Team Lead — a professional with a refined sense of style, strong attention to detail, high technical expertise, and a deep understanding of architecture and design.
This position is designed for a hands-on specialist who combines personal project involvement with the development and enhancement of visualization quality within the team. The role focuses on establishing a unified visual approach across projects, ensuring that the team’s work remains cohesive, expressive, and consistently high in quality while accurately conveying each project’s aesthetic and maintaining the standards of an internationally recognized brand.

Key Responsibilities:
— Organize and supervise the work of the 3D visualization team
— Assign tasks and distribute projects among team members
— Monitor project timelines and delivery schedules
— Review render quality before client delivery
— Develop and maintain the studio’s unified visual style
— Mentor and train Junior/Middle visualizers
— Conduct reviews of scenes, materials, lighting, and composition
— Ensure the final quality of visualizations and timely project delivery
— Participate in approving project visual concepts with clients or internal teams
— Resolve technical and organizational issues within projects
— Configure materials, textures, and lighting setups
— Perform post-production in Photoshop
— Optimize scenes to improve rendering performance
— Ensure compliance with studio technical standards
— Participate in the development of model and material libraries
— Ensure visualizations align with design concepts
— Resolve technical issues within scenes and renders
— Participate in hiring, onboarding, and evaluating new visualizers
— Prepare presentation materials for clients
— Improve internal visualization department processes
— Independently manage projects from brief to final delivery
— Work in 3ds Max / Corona Renderer / V-Ray / Photoshop
Requirements:
— 3–5+ years of experience in 3D visualization;
— Strong proficiency in 3ds Max / Corona Renderer / V-Ray / Photoshop;
— Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, and materials;
— Strong visual awareness and refined aesthetic sense;
— Ability to anticipate the final result and clearly understand the process required to achieve it;
— Experience leading and coordinating teams.
