We are looking for a strong hands-on specialist with extensive expertise in construction and the implementation of high-end interior projects. Experience specifically with designer projects is essential, along with a deep understanding of construction processes, engineering and finishing works, and the ability to maintain quality control throughout all project stages.
The specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all work complies with project documentation, design concepts, cost estimates, technical requirements, and construction standards while maintaining the highest level of aesthetics and execution quality.

Key Responsibilities:
— Conduct regular site visits to construction and renovation projects;
— Perform technical supervision throughout all stages of implementation;
— Monitor the quality of construction, finishing, and renovation works;
— Ensure completed work aligns with project documentation and drawings;
— Supervise the implementation of design projects on-site;
— Review construction estimates, work scopes, and quantities;
— Identify errors, omissions, and unaccounted work within cost estimates;
— Coordinate and supervise contractors, site managers, and construction teams;
— Participate in project stage acceptance procedures;
— Monitor compliance with construction technologies and project deadlines;
— Collaborate with designers, architects, and contractors;
— Provide photo and video documentation with project reporting;
— Resolve technical issues on-site in a timely manner.
Requirements:
— Relevant educational background in Construction or Architecture;
— Practical experience in construction, renovation, or technical supervision is required;
— Ability to read drawings, project documentation, and technical specifications;
— Strong understanding of construction and finishing processes and technologies;
— Experience as a Site Manager, Technical Supervision Engineer, Construction Engineer, or Architect will be considered an advantage;
— Experience in analyzing estimates and construction volumes;
— Proficiency in Revit (ability to read and interpret drawings);
— Strong attention to detail and systematic thinking;
— Independence and a high level of responsibility;
— Willingness to travel regularly to project sites.
