Key Responsibilities:
— Attract new projects and establish partnerships;
— Manage client communication and relationships throughout project stages;
— Organize team workflows and oversee project execution.
Requirements:
— Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and negotiations, including client management and deal support at a decision-making level;
— Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships with clients throughout all stages of interaction — from first contact to project completion;
— A refined sense of aesthetics and strong visual awareness in interior design, including an understanding of design styles, concepts, composition, materials, and spatial logic;
— Experience managing projects with author supervision, ensuring implementation aligns with the approved design concept while coordinating with contractors and construction teams;
— Understanding of construction processes and technologies, including renovation stages, structural and finishing works, engineering systems, and workflow sequencing;
— Knowledge of materials, finishing solutions, and their application within interior projects, including the high-end segment;
— Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously, including clients, teams, contractors, deadlines, quality standards, and final project outcomes.
